At Acorel we believe that the success of SAP CX implementation is determined after Go-live. For that reason, we support our customers after Go-live trough the department Managed Services.

As SAP CX Consultant you are the sparring partner for our customers after Go-live, varying from service, support, maintenance, and management to optimalisation of systems, portals, and mobile applications. You ensure that issues and updates are handled correctly, and our customers are up-and-running in no-time. At the same time, you are proactively thinking about possible expansions and new possibilities for the customers, so you’re always aware of the latest developments within SAP and the market.

At Acorel, you will be working in a team, but you’ll be responsible for 1 or more focus customers and are the point of contact for them. You pick up phone calls and resolve tickets for customers. In complex cases you work together with the customer and the technical consultants to develop the best possible, custom-made solution. You coordinate the schedule with the customer, monitor the progress and SLA times of incidents, plant resources for tickets, ensure correct documentation and check spent hours versus estimated hours. Regular customer evaluation to monitor customer satisfaction is crucial in this role. No day will be the same a SAP CX Consultant.

• At least 2 years’ experience with SAP C4C (Sales, Service, Marketing) and middleware monitoring.
• Knowledge and/or experience with ticket management, CRM on-premises, basic monitoring, CPI, PDI. (ITIL4 certificate is a plus)
• You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented, proactive, and able to fathom customer needs and processes quickly.
• You are looking for a dynamic environment with a lot of customer contact.
